Wye Garden Safari

Wye Gardeners’ Society is holding its bi-annual Open Gardens Safari on Sunday 11th June 2023 from 2pm to 4.30pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to visit and enjoy 10 otherwise private gardens which do not usually open to the public.
In addition as Wye is not participating in the National Open Gardens Scheme this year it will be the only chance you will get to see gardens in Wye this year!
We have a lovely mix: from wildlife gardens to tiny courtyards; and plants-women’s gardens with unusual varieties to discover. You can pick up a nice slice of cake and a cup of tea at a couple of points on the tour, and see some stunning ponds, mature trees and shrubs and even those growing their own fruit and veg out the back! Sure to be an inspiring day.
The tickets cost £5 and are available in advance and on the day until noon from Wye News.
You can also buy tickets on the door at 61 Scotton Street and at 46 Chequers Park.
The map of the route and details of all the gardens will be on the back of the ticket.
