Kevin Tooher is a professional Plantsman and Lecturer, with a Certificate in Education and a Diploma in Horticulture from the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS)
Talks start at 7.30pm

A Look at Pruning — the How When and Why
Prune Hydrangeas in May to achieve this result
We will look at the tools needed for all types of pruning – other than chainsaws choosing the right tool, and most importantly when you can or cannot carry out pruning tasks. Clematis – group 1, 2 or 3 – the mystery will be revealed as will rose pruning and those confusing Wisterias.
This talk will hopefully make you much more confident as you approach pruning tasks.
Why not join the society and come to all of our talks for free, its only £15 for the year.
Otherwise we charge £5 for each talk if you are not a member.
